This site is a tribute to Alec Newlove.

Alec did and achieved so much in his life. Though he has left us in shock at his death we have so much to remember him for and to cherish.

They say we have lived well if we leave the world in a better place than when we entered it. Alec has certainly done that for family, friends, Louth Hockey Club, Young Farmers (Louth, Lincolnshire and the East Midlands) and for all he worked for and with.

We will not be able to reflect all of his life at this funeral and thanksgiving service but we will try our best.

If you wish to give a donation in his memory we are seeking to support two very worthwhile charities. Lincolnshire Rural & Agricultural Chaplaincy (LRAC) as they build a legacy fund to continue the the work of chaplaincy support (including mental health) across the agricultural sector, and PAPYRUS, a charity whose aim is to support those under 35 who have suicidal thoughts and their families. Please feel free to help either or both of these causes in Alec's memory. We will top these funds up from any cash donations at his funeral.
